Health Conditions

Please indicate your health conditions that may affect your treatment. Also advise our reception staff any allergies or sensitivities you may have, or if you are pregnant. We recommend guests drink water and intake a small meal 2 hours before your appointment time.

After Treatment Care

It is normal to feel slight muscle soreness after treatment which may last for 1-2 days depending on individuals. Make sure stay hydrated and take a warm shower or bath if available on the day of treatment.

Couple Treatment Room Reservation

We have limited numbers of appointment window each day for Couple room booking. Please kindly respect your appointment time.

Gift Certificate

We feature various gift card options for many occasions. Gift certificates can be purchased only through in-person or phone for the protection of personal information. If Gift certificate purchase is made through phone, electronic version gift certificate will be emailed to you on the same business day.

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of treatment with print or on a device.

All Gift Certificates sales are final. No refund will be issued.

Spa Guest Parking

Spa guests may enjoy complimentary guest parking on-site right behind the spa facility.

Driving East Bound on Green Street (One way street), turn left on Catalina Avenue, then turn right immediately into an open space parking lot. Look for #41–#43 on the right. Guests may enter through the back entrance after parking.

City Street parking on Green Street has 1 hour limit, Wilson Avenue has 2 hours limit (preferable). All street parking restrictions enforced Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm.

Cancellation Policy
